Abstract: The paper deals with the problems of modeling tech wells, evaluating their performance, optimization of management of flow assessment control devices and reliability of their work. To solve these problems we propose an approach based on the pairing of a commercial simulator and optimizing software add-in, realizing the Hook-Jeeves method. The proposed approach was tested on several implementations of the hydrodynamic model and showed good results.

Abstract: Development of new measuring converters the moisture content of oil, with higher accuracy and sensitivity of measurement, is an important task, since the use of existing commercial moisture meters as well as crude oil with some restrictions in operation. The article deals with the effects on the capacity of the sensor pulse signals, resulting in moisture content may determine the transient characteristics.

Abstract: New interpretation of the binomial formula of Forhgejmera and its representation resolved con-cerning a vector of speed of a filtration is given. Using representation of the formula of Forhgejmera concerning speed of a filtration, the invariant vector equations of an unsteady filtrational current of perfect gas and an elastic liquid in the elastic porous media under the binomial law of a filtration in the isotropic media are received. Earlier special cases of representation of the formula of Forhgejmera of the filtration resolved concerning speed for one-dimensional problems were considered only at plane-radial and plane-parallel filtration.

Abstract: The presented article deals with designing the model and researching the characteristics of the sensor of pressure pulsation used in well flow measuring modules of «Potok» series measuring systems. Cylindrical piezoceramic elements protected from direct action of the measured medium by the special stainless steel construction are used in the involved measuring converter as a sensor element. The results of the experimental research of the with four types of domestic and foreign piezoceramic elements are given in this work. Climatic tests for different variants of the construction to reach stable time and temperature characteristics of the original measuring converter were conducted.

Abstract: The article considers the stabilization system of linear stationary objects exposed to co-ordinate and, most importantly, parametric perturbations. Provided in narrative form are the final (i.e. not in principle improved) results for more than half a century of study of the synthesis method of regulators on the basis of deep negative feedback, or which is the same, synthesis of regulators allowing for an unlimited increase in the gain. The problems associated with the use of these regulators for automation of industrial processes are discussed.

Abstract: The problem of ownership of natural resources in a federal state is very complex and has no unique solution. Building a competent system of separation of powers of the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation on issues of ownership, use and disposal of mineral resources is a priority for improving the modern law on subsoil use.
