Abstract: The paper suggests the use of alternative ac converter-fed motor (ACCFM) as the drive for sucker rod pumping units (SRPU) instead of asynchronous motors with a squirrel-cage rotor. Key indicators of the efficiency of the SRPU are presented and the possibilities of improving them applying ACCFM are proposed. It is suggested to use an electro-mechanical model of the ACCFM to study of its dynamical regimes for the specific nature of the SRPU load. The results of modeling are found to correspond to the physical description of the considered transients.

Abstract: The paper offers new principles of approach to the development of oil fields, considered as a complex dynamic system, the analysis, diagnosis, prognosis and management of which are based on a multidisciplinary approach of the theory of large systems. The the principle of «composition and decomposition is crucial here». In accordance with the principle of the integrity of the process of development of the field can be described using the models of macro and micro levels. The necessity of taking into account the interaction of the effects of low temperature and pressure, as well as of various gas-hydrodynamic phenomena occurring in the reservoir system, which result in the development of synergistic effects is shown. Combining the approaches of synergetics and the theory of fractals allows to solve the pressing problems of establishing the relationship between micro- and macro-characteristics of the development processes. It is proposed to consider an oil reservoir as an open dissipative system, capable of self-organization. A self-organizing reservoir in many cases is able to adjust to a rational mode at relatively low material and energy costs.

Abstract: Principles of construction of a specialized field infrared equipment designed to determine oil content of the washing fluid in the circulation system of drilled wells are formulated. The method of absorption infrared spectrometry and the method of frustrated total internal reflection (FTIR) for determining oil content in the flow of washing fluid are described. The block diagrams or principles of operation of the developed apparatus are shown. The results of field tests of the equipment on the wells are presented.

Abstract: The current interest to water-gas influence on the layer is substantiated. Available technological solutions with their advantages and disadvantages are described. The technology of water gas-influence free from these disadvantages is offered. Results of filtrational experiments on displacement by water gas mixes of oil of various viscosity are presented.

Abstract: The first attempt of forecasting the parameters of thermal properties of sand-aleuron rock matrix on the basis of lithological classifications is made. The lithological triangle is recommended to define the average values and the range of heat conductivity variation and a thermal capacity the clastic part of sand-aleuron rock variations. The reliability of the forecast of heat conductivity and thermal capacity values is confirmed by experimental data validating the correlation of thermal properties of the firm-phase of sand-aleuron rock with lithology.

Abstract: The percolation model for electrokinetic flow of electrolyte in porous media is presented. Within the bounds of this model taking into account ionic the solution concentration, zeta-potential, porometric curve and surface properties of porous media the influence of temperature on effective wiscosity was investigated. It is determined that in the presence of sufficient amount of capillaries with radius comparable with the thickness of EDL, the rate of filtration greatly decreases as against the velocity of filtration without influence of EDL, that is interpreted as electro-viscous effect in porous media. The influence of temperature on effective viscosity depends on porometric curve shape: effective viscosity for fine-pore media is more sensitive to temperature change. The dependence of effective viscosity obtained within differs from classic Andrade law.

Abstract: The process of electroosmotic flow in a slit microchannel which thickness of an order of several EDL is investigated. The model and derived solutions allow to predict velocity profiles and time of the steady state flow development in cases of both altering and current external electric field. Analytical solutions for spatial EDL potential distribution and velocity are obtained. The results of the simulation are in a good agreement with the experimental data

Abstract: Variants of development system improvement based on waterflooding system formation are suggested. Parametes influencing the waterflooding effectiveness such as the shape of displacement front curve, wettability analysis, the presence of hydraulically connected zones etc. are analyzed. The technical possibility of variants realization is assessed. The economical benefits are calculated.
