Abstract: The article is devoted to the application of controlled electric drives enabling a smooth start of a pumping unit, control of performance subsurface pumping units as the subsurface pump wears out, control the speed the drive engine rotations during the cycle of the plant to reduce the effort in the sucker rods and other structural assemblies of the unit. The use of controlled electric drives has increased the turnaround time of the subsurface pumping unit, increase its productivity, efficiency, cosφ of the electric drive, and thereby reduce the cost of crude oil.

Abstract: The paper describes the technical solution of designing a platform for the development of the marine deposits of freezing shallow waters of the Arctic Ocean and considers prerequisites for this study. Abstract: The effect of volume fraction of ferrite and bainite phases in the structure of low-alloy carbon steels on static and fatigue properties was studied. It is shown that the proportion of ferrite <0.2 in the metal structure changes the deformation mechanism from shear to rotational, depending on the phase composition
