Abstract: The publication shows the main stages of working with the organization's personnel reserve. These include: analysis of the needs in the reserve; making a list of the reserve candidates; preparation of the candidates. The main criterion of the efficiency of the personnel reserve is the success of the organization, i.e. the extent of achievement of its objectives

Abstract: The work is devoted to the problem of the development of environmental imperative (worldview and behavioral attitudes) in the course of Philosophy in technical university. All the branches of philosophic knowledge such as ontology, epistemology, axiology, anthropology and social philosophy implicitly include the environmental aspect. Philosophy gives worldview and methodological attitudes as well as moral and axiological foundation of ecological knowledge and behavior. Students learn to analyze deeper social and economic causes of environmental problems and identify their moral vector. Many philosophic issues (material entity of the world, spiritual life of society, mystery of existence etc.) are realized in a new way with respect for ecological cross-section
