Fridel M. KHOUTORIANSKI was born in 1946, graduated from the Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in 1970. Is professor of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, He defended Ph.D. thesis in 1975, doctoral thesis in 2008. He is author of 2 monographs, more than 200 scientific works, 20 copyright certificates and patents in the field of oil preparation for processing and protection against corrosion of refinery equipment. Vladimir M. KAPUSTIN was born in 1952. He graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 1974, is professor of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Head of the Department of Technology of Oil Refining. He did Ph.D. thesis in 1980 and doctoral thesis in 1992. Abstract: The design technology of preparation of gas condensate and oil on gas treatment plant and booster compressor station doesnt guarantee the requirement of desalting degree. The technological scheme of fresh water flushing block of a mix of condensates and oil and its technological parameters are proved by calculations.
