Authors: Vitali F. DUNAEV was born in 1936 and graduated from Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry in 1959, specializing in ‘Geophysical methods of prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits’. He is Professor and Head of the Department of Economics of the Oil and Gas Industry at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Doctor of Economics. He is also member of the International Academy of Higher Education, Academy of Mining Sciences and Natural Sciences, author of 100 scientific works, including four monographs. Elena Yu. BELKINА graduated from Odessa State Economic University in 2000, specializing in ‘International Economics’. In 2008 she received her MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. She is Deputy Director of the Department of Research, Technological Development and Innovation at JSC ‘NK’ Rosneft’. KIRILLOV was born in 1978 graduated from the Lobachevski Nizhny Novgorod State University in 2000; he is PhD, Deputy Head of the Department of Scientific and Technological Development and Innovation JSC ‘NK’ Rosneft”.
