Abstract: Oil and gas organizations are now looking for new forms of personnel diagnostics of all categories employees as part of the most important sphere of the personnel policy of the modern enterprise in assessing manpower. The work highlights the two most promising and practically recommended methodologies for assessing and certifying personnel − an annual interview with the supervisor on the annual performance and psycho-diagnostic testing of the staff.
