Authors: Mikhail S. YERSHOV graduated from Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry in 1979. He is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Theoretical Electrical Engineering and Electrification of Oil and Gas Industry at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Andrey V. EGOROV graduated from Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry in 1980. He is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Galina N. MALINOVSKAYA graduated Gubkin State Academy of Oil and Gas in 1994. She is Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Automated Control Systems at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Alexander A. TRIFONOV graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 2001. Abstract: The problems of classification of the conditions of industrial electrical systems according to their consequences for the process are considered. The scope of the computer decision support system for supervisory control systems is defined. The criteria for optimal solutions and limitations on the proposed solutions are formulated and algorithms for generating optimal solutions are proposed.
