Abstract: In new conditions of economic development against the background of crisis as well as new emerging challenges and priorities which make companies to act and think expeditiously, the positioning of the company on home and international markets, the analysis and elaboration of anti-crisis measures with respect for formulated strategy of development as well as the strategy of changes management, including the processes of internal control and risk management are becoming of importance. Sustainable financial standing, transparent and well-grounded strategies will allow the oil and gas company to strengthen its competitive positions both on a state and global basis.
