Abstract: A new modification of the method of experimental determination of the equivalent parameters for power sources by measuring the values of currents, voltages and phase angles is considered. This can be used to determine the parameters in electric grids of any voltage. The modification of the method is of high accuracy in the range of load current small changes and does not require disconnecting the electrical load

Abstract: The problems of classification of the conditions of industrial electrical systems according to their consequences for the process are considered. The scope of the computer decision support system for supervisory control systems is defined. The criteria for optimal solutions and limitations on the proposed solutions are formulated and algorithms for generating optimal solutions are proposed.

The analysis of existing control systems allowed to identify their weaknesses and ways of improvement. Abstract: The values of current density for the economic current density for pricing of 1980 and 2010 are calculated. The calculated values of economic current density are compared with standard values. The spread of economic current densities depending on the price of electricity in December 2010 (by region) and the price of cable products (prices from multiple vendors) is shown. On the example of a typical power supply circuit of gas turbine compressor station a method for selecting the cable line sections using the methods of multi-criterion optimization is proposed. In analyzing this issue, all studies were conducted on the example of the four types of cables: with aluminum and copper conductors, paper and plastic insulation and voltage of 6 kV and 10 kV.

Abstract: The range of possible combinations of values of the forward and reverse sequences of the input voltage of electrical systems with asymmetric perturbations in the external power supply is determined. It is proposed to present an elliptical magnetic field in the form of magnetic induction with varying length and speed in AC electric machines. For synchronous motors the emergence of a dynamic moment for alternating voltage unbalance is found. The range of stable operation of the synchronous motor under asymmetric modes is determined.
