Authors: Alexander F. ANDREEV has ended the Moscow institute of the petrochemical and gas industry of I.M. Gubkin in 1975 the Doctor of Economics, the professor managing chair of industrial management РГУ of oil and gas of I.M. Gubkin. The expert in the field of management of projects, estimations of efficiency of investments, optimisation of administrative decisions in sphere of searches, investigations and workings out of deposits of hydrocarbonic raw materials. Alexander A. SINELNIKOV graduated from Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry in 1966 and later completed a post-graduate course at Institute of Management Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is Candidate of Technical Sciences, assistant-professor of the Dept. of Production Management. He is specialist in the field of management, decision sciences and optimization. He is author and co-author of more than 80 scientific publications.

Abstract: The study of problems of implementation of strategies of technological development of vertically integrated oil companies (VIOC) revealed lack of methodological support of the organization of management of R&D as well as engineering activities. This may cause serious errors in the development of strategic plans for sustainable development of companies. The paper offers methodical approach to prepare solutions of reorganization of the R&D complex and and transform it into an engineering unit of a VIOC

Abstract: For activity of the enterprises of the oil and gas industry except general views of risks (political, social, financial, commercial, etc.) such kinds as risk not opening of a deposit, opening of an unprofitable deposit, a deviation from optimum strategy of investigation, etc. the Account, an estimation and the analysis of these risks allows to raise validity of the design decision are characteristic and to lower probability of acceptance of the ineffective project. On an example of the project of working out of an oil deposit possibility of use of various methods of a quantitative estimation of risks and carrying out of the comparative analysis of the received results is shown
